The MPi Promise

  • We will respond to every person, every time they register with us.
  • We will advise candidates every time prior to putting their name forward to a client.
  • We will always keep clients updated with progress, whether we are having success or not.
  • We will always advise candidates of their success or not. They will not be left "wondering".
  • If we place a person with a client, we will not approach that person ever again, until that person has advised us of their interest to move on.
  • We will be up-front with details, rates, hours etc. We will not misrepresent any job, nor any communication with any candidate, any employee or any client.
  • If we make a mistake, we will admit it personally and fix it.
  • We will honour all commitments that we make.

We believe that we have 4 groups of customers - our clients, our candidates, our suppliers and our employees. We apply the MPi Promise to all these groups equally.

The "MPi Promise" is based on certain human standards that are often overlooked by people in commercial pursuits. We feel it is the cornerstone of our culture and our best attempt to measure how well we act in front of all our customer groups.
